A standard catalogue model: the dimensions, control package and finish are fixed, which is what keeps the price and the lead time predictable. Size, colour and interface language can be adapted without a new design cycle.
The exhibit introduces the process of simulating the wave shock wave energy generation device through the interactive device of the seesaw. visitors can use the seesaw to charge the charging dock in real time and intuitively feel the convenience brought by wave power generation. 1. Sit on a seesaw and pry both ends to simulate real ocean waves. When the liquid inside the box collides back and forth with the wave energy generation device in the middle, the stored electricity gradually increases. When the battery level is displayed as 80%, visitors can place their phone or watch in the corresponding charging dock for charging. The core of the duck wave power generation device is an asymmetric floating body that looks like a duck. The principle is based on the nodding duck motion: when waves pass by, the duck body, due to its special contour, does not fluctuate with the waves as a whole, but instead undergoes a reciprocating nodding rotation around the main axis. The device converts this rotational kinetic energy into electrical energy through a hydraulic system or directly driving a generator.
The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.
Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
