Questions we get
before the first quote.

If your question is not here, write to [email protected]. We answer in one working day.

What is your minimum order quantity?
One unit, for any standard catalogue model. There is no container minimum and no minimum project value. For custom builds the minimum is also one unit, but a design and prototype fee applies, which is credited against the production order.
Can you manufacture to my drawing, or to a sample?
Yes. OEM is a normal part of our work. Send a drawing, a 3D model or a physical sample; we return a manufacturability review, a price and a lead time. We can produce structure, sheet metal, acrylic parts, control cabinets or the complete unit, and we do not put our brand on OEM goods.
How long does production take?
Standard catalogue models: 4–8 weeks after deposit, depending on the model and the batch size. Custom exhibits: 10–16 weeks after drawing approval, including one prototype review for new mechanisms. Export packing adds about one week. Dates are confirmed in the contract, not estimated verbally.
How are exhibits packed, and how are they shipped?
Plywood cases with foam blocking, desiccant and a packing list per case. We ship EXW, FOB or CIF as you prefer; the usual port is Shanghai. For a full hall we prepare a loading plan and label cases by installation zone, so the site team can open them in the right order.
Do you send engineers to install?
Yes, for larger projects. Our engineers travel for positioning, commissioning and staff handover — for the MMSC project in Indonesia the team was on site for more than two months. For small orders we can supervise installation remotely by video, or supply detailed assembly drawings and a step-by-step commissioning checklist.
What does installation cost?
It is quoted separately from the exhibits, because it depends on distance, duration, visa and local labour rules. We give a fixed price for a defined number of engineer-days, and state what is included: travel, accommodation, tools, consumables, and whether local helpers are needed.
What warranty do you give?
Two years on structure and control for standard models, one year for custom mechanisms, with the terms written into the contract. Wear parts — handles, bearings, lamps, printed panels — are consumables and are priced in the spare-part list rather than covered by warranty.
What spare parts should a museum keep?
Every order ships with a starter kit: one of each critical module, plus the consumables a hall uses most. The kit list is generated from the exhibit drawings, with part numbers, so a replacement can be ordered years later by number rather than by photograph and description.
Can exhibits be adapted for our voltage and language?
Yes. Control packages are built for 110 V or 220–240 V, 50 or 60 Hz, and interface text is supplied in the language you specify. Both are decided at order stage; changing voltage after manufacture is possible but costs more.
Do you provide certifications or test reports?
We can provide material certificates, electrical test records and a declaration of the standards the unit was built to. If your project requires a specific certification we do not hold, we will say so at enquiry stage rather than after the contract — and where possible we will quote the cost of obtaining it.
How do we compare your price with another supplier?
Ask both suppliers for the same three things: a dimensioned drawing, the bill of materials for the mechanism and drive, and the number of test cycles before dispatch. Price differences almost always come from one of those three. We will send ours on request, and we will tell you honestly if a cheaper quote is cheaper for a reason.
Can we visit the factory?
Yes. We are in Jiading, Shanghai, about 40 minutes from Hongqiao airport. Tell us a week ahead and we will arrange a full walk-through: cutting, welding, acrylic, control assembly and the test bay, plus whatever is in production that week. Video tours are possible if travel is not.
What are your payment terms?
Typically 30–50% deposit with the balance against documents before shipment, confirmed per contract. For first orders we may ask for a larger deposit; for repeat orders, terms are negotiable. We invoice in USD or EUR.
STILL STUCK

Send a photo of your space and a rough budget band. We will reply with what is realistic at that budget — including the option of fewer, better exhibits — rather than a package that will not survive the first year.

Start a project

Send us your exhibit list.
We will come back with drawings and a price.

Attach a theme outline, a floor plan, or nothing at all — a photo of the space is enough to start. Quotations are issued against real drawings, not per-square-metre guesses.
