A standard catalogue model: the dimensions, control package and finish are fixed, which is what keeps the price and the lead time predictable. Size, colour and interface language can be adapted without a new design cycle.
Air screening is a common physical separation technology, mainly used in resource recovery and waste pretreatment. Air screening is achieved by placing garbage on a breathable screen, where light substances (such as paper, plastic, etc.) are suspended and blown away under the action of airflow, while heavy substances remain on the screen, thus achieving effective separation of garbage.
The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.
An air classifier is an industrial machine that can classify materials based on size, shape, and density. It classifies materials by injecting them into a separation chamber, which also contains an upward airflow. In the separation chamber, objects pulled by air provide an upward force to counteract gravity, while lifting objects in the air for classification. Air classifier is used to separate solid waste according to density and particle size, and to separate light floating materials from solid waste. Mainly used for household waste, stale waste, kitchen waste, decoration waste, slag sorting, large waste, etc. By utilizing the principles of aerodynamics and using air as a sorting medium, solid waste is sorted by density and particle size under the action of airflow. Under the combined action of variable frequency adjustable positive and negative pressure airflow, light materials (such as paper scraps, plastic bags, films, etc.) in the material are directed upwards or horizontally into the settling chamber, while heavy materials cannot support their gravity due to the upward airflow.
Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
