A standard catalogue model: the drawing, control package and finish are fixed, which is what keeps the price and the lead time predictable. Size, colour and interface language can be adapted without a new design cycle.
The exhibit the high-tech content of modern manufacturing through dynamic performances of robotic arms, and showcases the processes of various processing techniques, increasing visitors' understanding of the production industry.
Interaction type: Electromechanical + multimedia. The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.
The exhibit is composed of mechanical arms, multimedia equipment, physical vehicle bodies, interactive mechanisms, and more. Participants operate any interactive device, triggering the sensing device. The robotic arm will grab the corresponding component and place it in the desired position on the vehicle body to complete the corresponding job action. At the same time, visitors can also choose the color or pattern of the car body on the touch screen, watch the spraying action of the robotic arm, and demonstrate the application of the robotic arm in the industrial manufacturing field. The interactive mechanisms include lifting the "welding tool", shaking the handle, rotating the handwheel, and activating the "button", which respectively represent functions such as welding, grinding, tire assembly, and car door assembly.
Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
Other models from the Technology & Everyday Life line, all held to the same drawing and the same control package.
CX-KJ-11Angle the panel, watch the current and race the model.
CX-KJ-31A fixed-base cockpit with a city route and a reaction-time score.
CX-KJ-22Tilt the nozzle and watch the thrust vector swing.
CX-KJ-32A safe arm hands the visitor a tool and stops on contact.
Attach a theme outline, a floor plan, or nothing at all — a photo of the space is enough to start. Quotations are issued against real drawings, not per-square-metre guesses.
