A standard catalogue model: the dimensions, control package and finish are fixed, which is what keeps the price and the lead time predictable. Size, colour and interface language can be adapted without a new design cycle.
Sponge road is a permeable paving technology that imitates natural ecosystems. By using permeable materials or structural design, the road surface can absorb and store rainwater like a sponge, reducing surface runoff. Sponge roads are widely used in the construction of public spaces such as urban roads, parks, and squares, reducing the burden on urban drainage systems, energy consumption, and carbon emissions.
The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.
Sponge roads are actually achieved through the use of permeable concrete, an ecological and environmentally friendly pavement material. Permeable concrete, also known as porous concrete, sand free concrete, and permeable flooring. It is a porous lightweight concrete made by mixing aggregates (stones), cement, SR permeable concrete reinforcement agent, and water in a certain ratio, and it does not contain fine aggregates. Permeable concrete is composed of a thin layer of cement slurry coated on the surface of coarse aggregates and bonded together to form a honeycomb structure with uniformly distributed pores, thus possessing the characteristics of breathability, permeability, and lightweight. Generally, sponge roads and permeable pavement structures are divided into four layers. Plain soil layer, gravel cushion layer, permeable concrete base layer, permeable concrete surface layer. Plain soil layer: Plain soil is the foundation of road engineering, and its strength and stability directly affect the service life and quality of the road surface. Overall, for plain soil, sandy soil is the best, followed by cohesive soil, and powdery soil is a poor material that is most likely to cause plain soil diseases. gravel cushion.
Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
