A standard catalogue model: the dimensions, control package and finish are fixed, which is what keeps the price and the lead time predictable. Size, colour and interface language can be adapted without a new design cycle.
In the process of garbage incineration, the flue gas generated by high-temperature combustion contains a large amount of heat energy. By setting up a waste heat boiler, this heat energy is converted into steam or hot water, which then drives a steam turbine or generator set to generate electricity. Waste heat power generation effectively improves energy utilization efficiency and reduces greenhouse gas emissions.
The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.
Garbage to energy generation is the process of collecting various types of garbage and then classifying and processing them. At present, there are mainly two methods of power generation: landfill gas power generation and incineration power generation. Among them, incineration power generation is more common, which refers to high-temperature incineration of high combustion values (completely eliminating pathogenic organisms and corrosive organic matter). The heat energy generated in high-temperature incineration (the smoke produced is treated) is converted into high-temperature steam, which drives the turbine to rotate and generates electricity for the generator. By utilizing the waste heat generated from the incineration of household waste to generate electricity, it can supply power to the grid every year, achieve waste resource utilization, and save non renewable resources such as coal, natural gas, or fuel, reducing carbon dioxide emissions. It is estimated that the on grid electricity consumption of domestic grate furnace domestic waste incineration power plants is about 250-350kw. h/t. Each ton of domestic waste incineration power generation can save 81-114kg of standard coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 202-283kg.
Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
