01 / Overview

This exhibit features different bridge structure modules, allowing visitors to intuitively understand the characteristics of bridge structures and experience the wisdom of construction engineering through hands-on splicing. The exhibits mainly consist of various bridge structure modules, three bridge construction task points, and supporting construction materials. one Arriving at the exhibit area, first understand the specific requirements for the construction of three bridges in the exhibit area, and observe the characteristics of different bridge structural modules. two Collect the necessary construction materials and collaborate with peers to select the desired bridge type (arch bridge, double force bridge, tension balance suspension frame, etc.) for splicing. three After completing the bridge module splicing, summarize and understand the structural characteristics and functional advantages of the corresponding bridge based on the construction process. Set up three bridge construction tasks at different locations in the exhibit area, allowing children to unleash their creativity and collaborative spirit, use construction materials to assemble their own bridge models, and gain a deeper understanding of the structures and functions of various bridges in Hainan. Among them, the core bridge type is special.

02 / How visitors use it

The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.

03 / Built for a public floor

Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
