01 / Overview

Artificial organs are made from special biological materials that can be implanted into the human body or directly come into contact with human tissues and body fluids; Artificial organs themselves are implanted devices that can replace the physiological functions of natural organ tissues and components. There are three main types of artificial organs: mechanical artificial organs, semi mechanical and semi biological artificial organs, and biological artificial organs, such as common prostheses, artificial eyes, dentures, as well as more complex pacemakers, artificial hearts, artificial kidneys, etc. Artificial organs have brought new hope to many patients with serious organ diseases, extending their lives and improving their quality of life.

02 / How visitors use it

The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.

03 / The science behind it

In the field of medicine, a revolutionary technology is quietly changing our lives - artificial organs. The development of this technology not only brings hope to patients in urgent need of organ transplantation, but also opens up new possibilities for future medical practice. Currently, scientists have successfully developed various types of artificial organs. For example, artificial heart valves, artificial joints, and artificial lenses (used to treat cataracts) have been widely used in clinical practice.

04 / Built for a public floor

Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.

Attach a theme outline, a floor plan, or nothing at all — a photo of the space is enough to start. Quotations are issued against a real exhibit list, not per-square-metre guesses.
