A standard catalogue model: the dimensions, control package and finish are fixed, which is what keeps the price and the lead time predictable. Size, colour and interface language can be adapted without a new design cycle.

01 / Overview

The reason why the human eye is so exquisite is because of its complex structure and function, mainly including the cornea, sclera, lens, retina, etc. The eyes work together through these structures to focus light through the cornea and lens, and project it onto the retina. The photoreceptor cells on the retina convert light into electrical signals, which are transmitted to the brain for processing, allowing us to perceive the world clearly.

02 / How visitors use it

The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.

03 / The science behind it

The eyeball is composed of the eyeball wall and contents, and the main structures from outside to inside include the tear film, cornea, sclera, iris, anterior and posterior chambers, and crystalline lens. Lens: The crystalline body is shaped like a biconvex lens and is highly elastic. Connected to the ciliary body by the suspensory ligament of the crystalline lens, it is fixed behind the iris and in front of the vitreous body. The junction between the front and back sides is called the equatorial part of the crystalline lens, and the vertices of both sides are the anterior and posterior poles of the crystalline lens, respectively. The crystalline lens is an important component of the refractive medium in the eye, and it also has functions such as producing eye accommodation and filtering ultraviolet rays.

04 / Built for a public floor

Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.

Attach a theme outline, a floor plan, or nothing at all — a photo of the space is enough to start. Quotations are issued against a real exhibit list, not per-square-metre guesses.
