A standard catalogue model: the dimensions, control package and finish are fixed, which is what keeps the price and the lead time predictable. Size, colour and interface language can be adapted without a new design cycle.
The exhibit consists of a touch screen, graphic version, and mechanical interactive sand table. The smart highway system displays detailed data information on three major areas: intelligent perception system, smart street lights, and road surface detection. Viewers can freely click to view and understand that with the support of digital technology, highways have become more intelligent. The interactive sand table integrates smart highway sensing devices such as pressure sensors, infrared sensors, and ground sensing coils to form a simple mechanical interaction experiment. visitors can observe the changes in the data panel and the lighting effects of the sand table during the interaction, and personally experience the important supporting role of highway sensing devices as data collection ends for the digital highway system. Through multimedia and mechanical interaction, showcase the innovative technology and practical value of digital smart highways.
The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.
Smart highway is a new type of transportation infrastructure integrating advanced Internet technologies such as 5G communication, Internet of Things (IoT), big data, cloud computing and artificial intelligence (AI). The technological core of smart highways lies in the perception, interconnection, and intelligence of transportation elements, forming a comprehensive management, control, and operation service for intelligent road traffic. Based on intelligent devices and technologies, smart highways can collect and analyze real-time status information of roads, vehicles, and infrastructure, achieve comprehensive and accurate understanding of traffic conditions, and monitor unexpected events such as traffic accidents. It can also support infrastructure between vehicles and roads, as well as communication between vehicles. The construction of smart highways can significantly improve the safety, traffic efficiency, and service quality of the transportation system.
Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
Other models from the City & Society line, all held to the same specification and the same control package.

Blade pitch adjusted by hand with thrust read on a live gauge.

Time four signals so a bus crosses the city without stopping.

Load a hull until it floats and then until it does not.

A four-way junction that re-times itself as traffic builds.
Attach a theme outline, a floor plan, or nothing at all — a photo of the space is enough to start. Quotations are issued against a real exhibit list, not per-square-metre guesses.
