A standard catalogue model: the dimensions, control package and finish are fixed, which is what keeps the price and the lead time predictable. Size, colour and interface language can be adapted without a new design cycle.

Incense formation through agarwood includes four types: raw, ripe, shed, and insect infested. Move the screen to understand the different reasons for the formation of agarwood. Shengjie: The fragrance produced by open wounds on agarwood trees caused by lightning, storms, or other human factors is collectively referred to as Shengjie. Matured knot: The agarwood tree produces its fragrance due to internal diseases that are not affected by external forces, which is called ripe knot. Shedding Knot: The part of the tree that falls off before the development of the bud is called a shedding knot, such as the "node bead". Insect leakage: The fragrance formed by the damage of injured tissues caused by insect and ant infestation on agarwood trees is called insect leakage. There are many insects and ants in tropical rainforests, and they like to nest on the sweet and soft agarwood, thus forming incense.
The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.
Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
