Recently, an agreement on the conservation and sustainable use of marine biodiversity has been signed within the framework of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, and the United Nations Environment Programme has launched regional ocean projects. China has made commitments to peak carbon emissions and achieve carbon neutrality, and implemented a plan for negative ocean emissions. International treaties and national commitments are jointly committed to building a harmonious ocean.

The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.
