01 / Overview

Introduction to exhibits: Display the characteristics of titanium alloy pressure resistant material for deep-sea submersibles. Press the start button to activate the multimedia device standby interface; 2. Use the joystick to select the pressure resistant material to view, and press the button to confirm; 3. Use a pressure machine to press down and watch the animated performance. Deep sea pressure resistant materials: Submarines are essential equipment for deep-sea exploration and development. When used at a greater depth and for a longer period of time, titanium alloys with higher specific strength and corrosion resistance, as well as new composite materials such as carbon fiber pressure chambers, become the preferred choice. The processing and casting technology of manned spherical cabin: In the process of manufacturing manned spherical cabin, different processing and casting technologies are used to ensure the strength and safety of its structure. This includes: metal 3D printing technology, electron beam welding (EBW), heat treatment, etc.

02 / How visitors use it

The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.

03 / Built for a public floor

Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.

Attach a theme outline, a floor plan, or nothing at all — a photo of the space is enough to start. Quotations are issued against a real exhibit list, not per-square-metre guesses.
