Wind power generation is a technology that uses wind energy to drive the rotation of generator blades and convert wind energy into electrical energy. The wind acts on the blades, causing them to rotate around the axis and cutting magnetic field lines, thereby generating induced currents inside the generator. Wind power is widely used in onshore and offshore wind farms, providing clean and renewable electricity supply for industrial production, commercial activities, and residential life.
The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.
Wind power generation refers to the conversion of the kinetic energy of wind into electrical energy. Wind energy is a clean and pollution-free renewable energy source, and it is inexhaustible. For coastal islands, grassland pastoral areas, mountainous areas, and plateau regions with water shortage, fuel shortage, and inconvenient transportation, utilizing wind power according to local conditions is very suitable and has great potential. The principle of wind power generation is to use wind power to drive the rotation of windmill blades, and then increase the speed of rotation through an accelerator to promote the generator to generate electricity. According to windmill technology, a breeze speed of approximately three meters per second (the degree of the breeze) can start generating electricity. The devices required for wind power generation are called wind turbines. A wind turbine is a device that utilizes wind energy to generate electricity, including a wind turbine (including a rudder), a generator, a gearbox, a controller, and a tower. Large wind power plants generally do not have tail rudders, and only small and household types typically have tail rudders.
Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
