A standard catalogue model: the dimensions, control package and finish are fixed, which is what keeps the price and the lead time predictable. Size, colour and interface language can be adapted without a new design cycle.
Biomass power generation refers to the process of directly burning biomass to produce high-temperature and high-pressure steam, which drives the operation of a steam turbine and then drives a generator to generate electricity. Among them, garbage incineration power generation and biogas power generation are common application forms: garbage incineration power generation uses the heat energy of garbage incineration to generate steam, which drives the steam turbine generator set to generate electricity; Biogas power generation is the process of purifying the biogas produced by a biogas digester and supplying it to a gas generator set through a gas storage tank, thereby driving a generator connected to a biogas internal combustion engine to generate electricity.
The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.
Biomass energy is the energy provided by living plants in nature, which use biomass as a medium to store solar energy and belong to renewable energy. According to calculations, the energy stored in biomass is twice as much as the world's total energy consumption. The earliest energy source used in human history was biomass energy. Before the second half of the 19th century, the main energy source used by humans was firewood. The most effective way to utilize biomass energy currently is to produce biogas. Mainly utilizing urban and rural organic waste, straw, water, and human and animal manure to produce combustible gas methane through anaerobic digestion for domestic and production purposes.
Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
