A standard catalogue model: the dimensions, control package and finish are fixed, which is what keeps the price and the lead time predictable. Size, colour and interface language can be adapted without a new design cycle.

01 / Overview

The exhibit presents a timeline of the development and achievements of quantum computers in the form of large-scale graphics and text, allowing visitors to have a clear and intuitive understanding of each research and development process and achievements in the field of quantum computing through interactive experiences.

02 / How visitors use it

The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.

03 / The science behind it

After 2016, there were also signs of breakthroughs in the hardware of quantum computers. At that time, IBM launched a 5-bit quantum computing cloud platform, and several well-known international companies entered the research field of quantum computers to compete. In 2019, Google announced that it could complete the computing power of a supercomputer for 10000 years in 200 seconds on a 53 bit superconducting quantum computer, demonstrating the powerful capabilities of quantum computing. In September 2021, several universities and institutions including the University of Science and Technology of China achieved a 60 qubit superconducting computer, demonstrating this quantum supremacy. At the same time, Beijing Quantum Institute developed a 503 microsecond qubit, which is the longest lived superconducting qubit in the world. Therefore, China is still in the world's top tier in quantum computing.

04 / Built for a public floor

Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.

Attach a theme outline, a floor plan, or nothing at all — a photo of the space is enough to start. Quotations are issued against a real exhibit list, not per-square-metre guesses.
