A standard catalogue model: the dimensions, control package and finish are fixed, which is what keeps the price and the lead time predictable. Size, colour and interface language can be adapted without a new design cycle.
Magnetic suspension rail is a conveying system that uses magnetic force to achieve non-contact suspension and movement of objects. It uses electromagnetic force or the magnetic field of permanent magnets to suspend the transported object on the guide rail, thereby eliminating friction and achieving efficient and precise transportation. It is widely used in industries such as automotive parts, packaging, medical care, and new energy.
The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.
The suspended conveyor line (also known as magnetic levitation conveyor line) utilizes magnetic levitation technology. The suspended conveyor line adopts magnetic levitation technology, utilizing the characteristics of same-sex magnetic repulsion and opposite magnetic attraction in electromagnetic principles. By installing an electromagnetic levitation device on the conveyor line to generate a magnetic field, and then installing a magnetic device on the conveyed object to interact with the magnetic field on the conveyor line, the object can be suspended and transported. Suspended conveyor lines have the characteristics of non-contact transportation, high efficiency and energy saving, flexible adaptability, high degree of automation, high space utilization, and reduced noise and vibration, and are suitable for various industrial production and logistics scenarios.
Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
