01 / Overview

A palletizing robot is an automated device used to stack items together. It can be stacked in different ways according to different types of goods and storage requirements, usually using mathematical models to calculate the position and stacking method of items. Overlapping type: The stacking method of each layer is the same, corresponding to the top and bottom, and there is no interleaving code between layers. Interlocking style: The placement of adjacent layers of goods is rotated 90 °, with one layer being horizontally stacked and the other layer being vertically stacked. Interlocking style: The first layer has two adjacent packaging bodies that are 90 ° to each other, and the stacking difference between the two layers is 180 °. Interlocking style: Within the same layer, different columns of goods are vertically stacked at 90 °, and the stacking style of adjacent layers of goods is rotated 180 °.

02 / How visitors use it

The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.

03 / The science behind it

A palletizing robot is an automated device used to stack items together. The palletizing robot can stack different shapes according to different types of goods and storage requirements. They typically use mathematical models to calculate the position and stacking of items. For example, a Cartesian palletizer is a common type of palletizing robot that uses the XYZ Cartesian coordinate system as its basic mathematical model and a single axis robotic arm driven by servo motors and stepper motors as its basic working unit. It can reach any point in the XYZ three-dimensional coordinate system and follow a controllable motion trajectory The commonly used stacking methods for pallets include rotating staggered, forward reverse staggered, overlapping, and criss crossing. The commonly used stacking methods for pallets include rotating staggered, forward reverse staggered, overlapping, and criss crossing. Palletizing robots can replace manual labor for handling and palletizing operations, quickly increasing production output and efficiency, while also reducing the risk of manual labor.

04 / Built for a public floor

Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
