A standard catalogue model: the dimensions, control package and finish are fixed, which is what keeps the price and the lead time predictable. Size, colour and interface language can be adapted without a new design cycle.
QR code refers to a barcode that stores information in a two-dimensional space in both horizontal and vertical directions, also known as a two-dimensional barcode. As an information storage and collection technology, it has the characteristics of large information capacity, wide encoding range, strong fault tolerance, high reliability, strong confidentiality and anti-counterfeiting, and easy production.
The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.
QR code, also known as QR code, is a more advanced format than barcode. It has larger information storage, stronger fault tolerance, and better security and confidentiality, and is widely used in the development of the Internet of Things industry. It converts data into "0" and "1" data strings through specific encoding. "0" and "1" are replaced by black (dark) and white (light) small squares, respectively. The black and white small squares are placed in a certain regular order in the two-dimensional direction, and three positioning points are used to help the scanning machine interpret the information inside, determine the scanning direction and angle. The two-dimensional code can not only display numbers and letters, but also Chinese characters, website links, etc. QR codes have the characteristics of storing large amounts of information, printing in small spaces, effectively representing various letters, strong adaptability to dirt and damage, being able to be read from any direction, and supporting data merging functions.
Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
