A standard catalogue model: the drawing, control package and finish are fixed, which is what keeps the price and the lead time predictable. Size, colour and interface language can be adapted without a new design cycle.
The exhibit combines the characteristics of different robotic arms and sets up corresponding human-machine competitive interactions to showcase the continuous innovation and improvement of robotic arm structures and control technologies, providing more possibilities and efficiency for various application fields.
The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.
With the continuous innovation and improvement of robotic arm structure and control technology, more possibilities and efficiency have been provided for various application fields. one Cartesian coordinate robotic arm: composed of three rotating joints, allowing the robotic arm to move in the X, Y, and Z axes, similar to a Cartesian coordinate system. Capable of simple three-axis motion, applied in assembly lines of manufacturing industry for some basic handling and assembly tasks. two Cylindrical coordinate manipulator: In order to increase the range of motion of the manipulator, a rotating arm is added to the cylindrical coordinate manipulator, which enables the manipulator to rotate in the plane and move up and down along the Z-axis direction, expanding flexibility and being applied to assembly and machining tasks. three Multi joint robotic arm: With the demand for flexibility, multi joint robotic arms have emerged. It is mainly composed of multiple rotating joints and connecting arms, forming a chain structure that can achieve more complex movements in multiple degrees of freedom, suitable for manufacturing.
Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
