Daily health monitoring is a method of regularly evaluating an individual's health status using various technologies. Common technologies include bioelectrical impedance measurement and wearable devices. Bioelectrical impedance measurement evaluates body composition such as fat, muscle, and water through weak electrical currents, helping to manage weight and water balance. Wearable devices such as smartwatches and fitness trackers record heart rate, steps taken, and sleep quality in real-time. These data can be analyzed and visualized to help users understand health trends, identify potential issues in a timely manner, and develop reasonable lifestyle and exercise plans, thereby improving their quality of life.
The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.
(1) Body Mass Index (BMI) is a commonly used international standard for measuring the degree of body fat, thinness, and health. Calculation formula: Body Mass Index (BMI)=Weight (kg) ÷ Square of Height (m2). This formula reveals that the weight of a person with a normal body shape is directly proportional to the square of their height, known as body fat percentage. (2) Relevant research shows that: ① body mass index increases: the incidence rate of coronary heart disease and stroke will also increase. For every 2 increases in body mass index, the relative risks of coronary heart disease, stroke, and ischemic stroke increase by 15.4%, 6.1%, and 18.8%, respectively ② Low body mass index: can cause various chronic diseases, such as chronic wasting disease, chronic gastritis, and anemia. Especially for women, there may be endocrine disorders, menstrual disorders, and symptoms of infertility.
Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
