Immunotherapy is a type of method that uses the human immune system as a breakthrough point, regulates and activates the human immune system through various medical methods to treat diseases. The occurrence of tumors is closely related to the human immune mechanism, and immunotherapy has been regarded as an important component of comprehensive cancer treatment. In monoclonal antibody drug therapy, antibodies targeting PD-1/PD-L1 are the most extensively researched and rapidly developing immunotherapy in clinical practice. PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors can specifically bind to PD-L1 on tumor cells to suppress its expression, thereby restoring the recognition function of suppressed T cells towards tumor cells and achieving anti-cancer effects through the autoimmune system. After years of research and development, monoclonal antibodies have been increasingly humanized from mouse sources, and have evolved into new types of antibodies such as humanized monoclonal antibody drugs, antibody conjugate drugs, bispecific antibodies, antibody fusion proteins, and small molecule antibodies.
The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.
Hybridoma technology is a classic technique for preparing monoclonal antibodies. 1) Inject specific antigens into the animal's body. 2) B cells in animals produce specific antibodies and are extracted and isolated from the spleen. 3) By electrofusion with myeloma cells, hybridoma cells are obtained, which possess both the ability of B cells to produce antibodies and the characteristic of infinite proliferation of myeloma cells. 4) It is necessary to screen hybridoma cells from a mixture of B cells, myeloma cells, and hybridoma cells, and culture the mixture in HAT medium. This culture medium only allows hybridoma cells to grow. 5) Separate individual hybridoma cells into microplates to detect whether the hybridoma cells can produce specific antibodies. 6) Hybridomas capable of producing monoclonal antibodies against specific antigens. Cells are screened, cultured separately, and finally isolated and purified using monoclonal antibodies.
Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
