A standard catalogue model: the dimensions, control package and finish are fixed, which is what keeps the price and the lead time predictable. Size, colour and interface language can be adapted without a new design cycle.

Emotion recognition technology refers to the automatic identification of an individual's emotional state by obtaining physiological or non physiological signals through artificial intelligence technology, and is an important component of emotion computing. Emotion recognition research includes facial expressions, speech, heart rate, behavior, and physiological signals, etc., which are used to identify an individual's emotional state.
The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.
The AI emotion recognition computer analyzes and processes signals collected from sensors to determine the emotional state of the opponent. This behavior is called emotion recognition. Emotion recognition "does not mean that computers can directly recognize or measure emotional states, but should be interpreted as" inferring emotional states by observing facial expressions, behaviors, and the underlying environment in which emotions arise ". Because emotional states are intrinsic and involve physiological and psychological changes, only observable aspects of emotional states such as facial expressions, behavior, and so on can be obtained. If the observations of these things are reliable, then potential emotional states can be inferred. Only by treating emotion recognition as a pattern recognition problem and emotion expression as a pattern synthesis problem, can computers be feasible for emotional communication.
Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
