Spinal assisted orthodontics is a general term for a series of non primary surgical treatments used to address issues such as deformities or poor morphology of the spine. When the spine exhibits adverse forms such as scoliosis and hunchback, appropriate external force needs to be applied to guide the spine back to its normal physiological position, improve the patient's posture, and prevent further development of spinal deformities. Maintaining correct sitting and standing habits can help prevent spinal deformities.
The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.
The spine is the central axis of the body, consisting of the cervical, thoracic, lumbar, and sacral vertebrae from top to bottom. The end of the sacral vertebrae is the coccyx, which is connected by intervertebral discs, intervertebral joints, and ligaments to form a whole. The spine is both strong and flexible, serving to protect the spinal cord and nerve roots, providing structural support and balance to the human body, and is also a key structure for maintaining a standing posture.
Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
