A standard catalogue model: the dimensions, control package and finish are fixed, which is what keeps the price and the lead time predictable. Size, colour and interface language can be adapted without a new design cycle.

Tissue engineering is an emerging discipline that combines cell biology and materials science to construct human tissues or organs in vitro or in vivo. Its principle can be divided into two types: one is to pre construct a biologically active implant in vitro, and then implant it into the body to repair tissue defects and replace part or all of the functions of tissues or organs; Secondly, as an extracorporeal device, it temporarily replaces some organ functions to improve the quality of life and prolong the survival period. At present, tissue engineering technology can be applied to replicate various tissues, such as muscles, bones, cartilage, tendons, ligaments, artificial blood vessels, and skin; The development of biological artificial organs, such as artificial pancreas, liver, kidney, etc; The development of artificial blood; In terms of neural prostheses and drug delivery.
The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.
The basic principle of tissue engineering technology is to attach tissue cells (or stem cells) to biocompatible biomaterials to form cell biomaterial composites; Implanting it into specific parts of the body or placing it in a specific environment outside the body, while the biological material gradually degrades, the cells produce a matrix, forming new corresponding tissues with specific morphological structures and functions.
Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
