A standard catalogue model: the dimensions, control package and finish are fixed, which is what keeps the price and the lead time predictable. Size, colour and interface language can be adapted without a new design cycle.

The methods of vascular imaging include infrared imaging, ultrasound imaging, magnetic resonance imaging, and CT imaging. Infrared imaging utilizes the principle that hemoglobin absorbs near-infrared light more strongly than other tissues to display the distribution of superficial blood vessels in the human body. It can assist medical staff in quickly finding the most suitable blood vessel before venipuncture, greatly improving puncture efficiency.
The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.
The basic principle of a vein finder is that hemoglobin in the blood has different light absorption rates from surrounding tissues. The projected near-infrared (NIR) light is absorbed by the blood and reflected by surrounding tissues. Therefore, veins appear as dark lines projected onto the surface of the skin. The vein finder can display veins in real time, so that medical staff such as nurses and doctors can locate veins more effectively and easily. It plays an important role in the treatment process of intravenous infusion, venipuncture, etc.
Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
