01 / Overview

The exhibits showcase the working scene of the bridge erecting machine through a sand table and a movable bridge erecting machine model, and with the support of the rear large screen image, provide a more systematic explanation of the working principle of the bridge erecting machine and its level in the world.

02 / How visitors use it

The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.

03 / The science behind it

The "Kunlun" thousand ton bridge erecting machine can be called an all powerful bridge erecting machine. It is the world's first thousand ton bridge erecting machine and can be called an all powerful expert. It is widely used and has a high degree of intelligence. It can simultaneously support the construction of high-speed railway box girders with spans of 24 meters, 32 meters, and 40 meters. In other words, it can withstand the height of the past three traditional bridge erecting machines. This independently developed bridge erecting integrated machine "Kunlun" in China can not only meet the construction requirements of high-speed railway box girders with different spans, but also systematically solve the problems of bridge erection and power supply coordination in special working conditions of high-speed railway construction, achieving the improvement and innovation of China's high-speed railway technology. Led by China Railway Fifth Institute and in cooperation with China Railway Group Corporation, it has achieved further innovation in high-speed railway technology. The "Kunlun" thousand ton transport and frame integrated machine jointly developed by Hanjiang Heavy Industry of the Eleventh Bureau Group has been regarded as an "all rounder" since its development and manufacturing The bridge erecting machine is tailor-made with high intelligence and multi-purpose features, realizing the improvement and innovation of China's high-speed rail technology - this equipment can simultaneously serve as.

04 / Built for a public floor

Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
