01 / Overview

This exhibit aims to provide interactive experiences for visitors to understand the causes of vortex formation and experience the fascinating phenomena of fluid mechanics. The exhibits mainly consist of a pool platform, a vortex booth, a handwheel device, and an acrylic water bucket. The main structure includes a high-quality waterproof paint protected metal paint base, a transparent acrylic water bucket, a handwheel, a stainless steel impeller, and embedded stainless steel waterproof bearings. The core interactive logic is that visitors shakes the handwheel to drive the blades to rotate. When the water flow in the container rotates to a certain speed, a vortex is formed under the combined action of centrifugal force, pressure difference, and fluid viscosity. one Firstly, review the on-site operation instructions to clarify the interactive methods and precautions for the exhibit Rotate the handwheel of the exhibit to drive the impeller to rotate, carefully observe the changes in water flow in the transparent acrylic water bucket, and focus on the formation process of vortices. The core principle of vortex formation in the exhibit is to shake the handwheel to drive the blades to rotate, allowing the water flow in the container to gain rotational kinetic energy. When the water flow rotates.

02 / How visitors use it

The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.

03 / Built for a public floor

Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
