01 / Overview

The entire exhibit consists of a Nakajima scene sand table combined with an AR telescope. Viewers can learn about the key features of "low altitude travel" by viewing new graphic and textual information, and through AR devices, understand the application advantages in scenarios such as "air taxis," "tourism and entertainment sightseeing," "emergency medical services," "fire fighting," and "industry applications (near ocean industries).

02 / How visitors use it

The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.

03 / The science behind it

Low altitude economy refers to the new industries and services brought about by various flight activities conducted in airspace below approximately 1000 meters. Under the low altitude economic industry system, drones and small aircraft can undertake many tasks: 1 Transporting goods: faster delivery of express delivery, medicines, and emergency supplies; two Public services: inspection, surveying, emergency rescue, disaster monitoring; three Travel and experience: aerial sightseeing, short distance connections, etc. It is expected to become an important mode of transportation and operation in the future.

04 / Built for a public floor

Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
