01 / Overview

Machine learning is a multidisciplinary field that involves categories such as probability theory, statistics, approximation theory, convex analysis, and algorithm complexity theory. It specifically studies how computers simulate or implement human learning behavior to acquire new knowledge or skills. According to learning methods, it can be divided into three main types: supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and reinforcement learning. Machine learning is the core of artificial intelligence and the fundamental way to make computers intelligent.

02 / How visitors use it

The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.

03 / The science behind it

Machine learning can be divided into three main types based on learning methods: supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and reinforcement learning. These types are based on different learning styles and goals, and are used to solve different types of problems. Supervised learning is one of the most common types in machine learning. In supervised learning, we have a labeled dataset that contains input samples and corresponding expected outputs (labels). The goal of the algorithm is to enable the model to predict new unlabeled data by learning from the mapping between input samples and labels. Unsupervised learning refers to the type of machine learning that models and learns data without labels. In unsupervised learning, algorithms need to find hidden structures, patterns, and associations from data in order to perform tasks such as clustering, dimensionality reduction, or density estimation on the data. Reinforcement learning is a type of machine learning used to train agents to interact with the environment for learning. In Strong Chemistry.

04 / Built for a public floor

Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.

Attach a theme outline, a floor plan, or nothing at all — a photo of the space is enough to start. Quotations are issued against a real exhibit list, not per-square-metre guesses.
