Automatic Guided Vehicle (AGV) refers to a transport vehicle equipped with electromagnetic or optical automatic guidance devices that can travel along a specified guidance path. It is powered by batteries and features wheeled movement. It can reach a designated target without human intervention based on a given starting and ending point.
The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.
AGV, also known as Automated Guided Vehicle, refers to a transport vehicle equipped with electromagnetic or optical automatic guidance devices that can travel along a specified guidance path. It is powered by batteries and features wheel like movement for non-contact guidance. It can reach a designated target without human intervention based on a given starting and ending point, thus completing various given tasks; It is an unmanned intelligent handling device that can receive commands from the central dispatch system through devices such as networks, wireless or infrared signals, and achieve functions such as automatic guidance, route optimization, vehicle scheduling, and automatic charging. It belongs to the category of wheeled mobile robots and has many advantages such as high automation, flexible application, safety and reliability, unmanned operation, simple construction, and convenient maintenance; ③ It can travel along a pre-set path and automatically perform automated handling management for logistics distribution and warehousing.
Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
