A standard catalogue model: the dimensions, control package and finish are fixed, which is what keeps the price and the lead time predictable. Size, colour and interface language can be adapted without a new design cycle.

The exhibit includes two parts: touch screen and flash charging station. The interactive game built into the touch screen simulates the process of driving a new energy vehicle for travel. During the game, the flash charging gun of the flash charging station can be plugged in and out to charge the vehicle. Overall, it presents the advantages of new energy vehicles in energy conservation and emission reduction compared to traditional fuel vehicles, as well as the convenience of BYD's flash charging technology to supplement electric energy.
The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.
Compared with fuel vehicles, new energy vehicles have achieved the transformation of driving energy from oil to electricity, significantly reducing the consumption of fossil fuels, thereby reducing the emissions of carbon dioxide and air pollutants, and promoting green and low-carbon development. The single gun charging power of the flash charging station is 1500kW, coupled with a super fast discharge energy storage system, which overcomes the global challenges of "slow charging" and "difficult low-temperature charging". From 10% to 70%, it can be fully charged in just 5 minutes; From 10% to 97%, it can be fully charged in just 9 minutes; Minus 30 degrees, from 20% to 97%, only 3 minutes longer than normal temperature.
Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
