Light controlled aircraft is an interactive exhibit that simulates solar power generation. Its principle is to use the photoelectric effect of semiconductors to directly convert light energy into electrical energy to drive the aircraft to fly. The output power of photovoltaic power generation is significantly affected by the angle of solar radiation, and intelligent photovoltaic panels can adjust their angle and orientation in real time by integrating advanced control systems and sensors to receive solar radiation to the maximum extent possible. The exhibit three types of photovoltaic panels: monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic panels: composed of a single silicon crystal, with a complete lattice structure and high conversion efficiency, suitable for household, commercial, and large-scale solar power plants. Polycrystalline silicon photovoltaic panel: made of polycrystalline silicon wafers, with a relatively imperfect lattice structure and slightly lower conversion efficiency than monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules, but with higher cost-effectiveness, commonly used for household and small commercial purposes. Perovskite photovoltaic panel: an emerging type of photovoltaic module based on perovskite materials. Theoretical conversion efficiency can exceed 30%, usually used for high.
The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.
Photovoltaic power generation is a highly efficient technology that utilizes solar energy. Its basic principle is based on the photovoltaic effect of semiconductor materials, which can directly convert sunlight into electrical energy. The photovoltaic power generation system mainly consists of three core components: solar panels (also known as photovoltaic modules), controllers, and inverters, which integrate precision electronic components internally. Photovoltaic power generation technology generates electricity through the excitation of semiconductor materials by sunlight, which is then packaged in modules, regulated by controllers, and converted by inverters. Ultimately, it converts natural light energy into electricity that can be used for daily purposes, making it a clean and renewable energy utilization method.
Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
