A standard catalogue model: the dimensions, control package and finish are fixed, which is what keeps the price and the lead time predictable. Size, colour and interface language can be adapted without a new design cycle.

The OpenCV real-time measurement technology, an open-source computer vision library, is based on computer vision and relies on techniques such as extracting, processing, and analyzing multidimensional data. It can quickly identify data such as the external dimensions of objects, and the corresponding technology has been widely applied in intelligent manufacturing.
The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.
OpenCV real-time measurement display is based on computer vision: Computer vision is an important branch of artificial intelligence that enables computers to extract information from images or multidimensional data, and process, analyze, and understand this information. Image capture: The two-dimensional image captured by the camera is a projection of a three-dimensional object. By analyzing these images, we can obtain the shape, size, and other geometric information of objects. Image processing: Digital image processing techniques include filtering, edge detection, feature extraction, and other steps to extract useful information from the original image. Marking: In order to convert pixel units in an image to actual physical dimensions, camera calibration is required. This usually involves determining the internal and external parameters of the camera. 3D reconstruction: With known camera parameters, the 3D shape and size of an object can be calculated by capturing multiple images from different angles.
Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
Other models from the Frontier Technology line, all held to the same specification and the same control package.
