A standard catalogue model: the dimensions, control package and finish are fixed, which is what keeps the price and the lead time predictable. Size, colour and interface language can be adapted without a new design cycle.

The exhibits consist of a needle screen soft wall interactive device, an LED light cube, a 32 inch LCD TV, a graphic and text version, and a reset button. visitors came to the exhibit to watch the video content played on the LCD TV and understand the principle of quantum tunneling. If visitors stands in front of the needle screen lighting interactive device and the needle screen soft wall is not in its initial state before experiencing it, they need to first press the "reset" button on the left side and then collide with the needle screen soft wall. The needle screen is used to simulate the particle system, and uneven solid walls are installed behind the needle screen. Different thickness curves represent the strength of the energy barrier, with the LED light cube at the back. When visitors collides with the needle screen, the impacted "particles" attempt to pass through the energy barrier wall, and the LED light cube at the back determines the possibility of corresponding particle tunneling based on the thickness of the wall representing the strength of the energy barrier. The thicker the wall, the stronger the potential barrier and the lower the tunneling success rate. Conversely, the thinner the wall, the thicker the potential barrier and the higher the tunneling success rate. visitors can experience and understand classical mechanics through hands-on experience.
The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.
Quantum tunneling effect: In quantum mechanics, microscopic particles have a certain probability of passing through obstacles (potential barriers). In classical mechanics, this is impossible to happen. Quantum tunneling is a result of the wave nature of matter, where the quantum wave function describes the state of particles or other physical systems, while wave equations such as the Schr ö dinger equation describe their behavior. The probability of quantum tunneling is related to the height of the energy barrier, and the lower the energy barrier, the higher the probability of tunneling.
Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
Other models from the Frontier Technology line, all held to the same specification and the same control package.

Build a span from interchangeable parts and load it until it fails.

Shape-memory alloy, aerogel and carbon fibre under the visitor's hand.

Build a lattice from magnetic balls and see why a crystal cleaves.

Four arms perform a synchronised routine behind a glass wall.
Attach a theme outline, a floor plan, or nothing at all — a photo of the space is enough to start. Quotations are issued against a real exhibit list, not per-square-metre guesses.
