A standard catalogue model: the dimensions, control package and finish are fixed, which is what keeps the price and the lead time predictable. Size, colour and interface language can be adapted without a new design cycle.

Rare earth luminescent materials are a type of functional material that rely on the special electronic structure of rare earth elements to generate light radiation under the action of external excitation sources. Its luminescence mechanism originates from the energy level transition characteristics of the electronic layer of rare earth luminescent ions: electrons in rare earth ions absorb external energy and transition to a high energy level, and then release photons when returning to the ground state, thereby producing a luminescent effect. This type of material plays an irreplaceable key role in energy-saving fluorescent lamps, night vision equipment, solar spectral conversion devices, and biological fluorescent labeling.
The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.
(1) The luminescence principle of rare earth luminescent materials refers to materials that use the characteristics of rare earth elements to emit light under the action of an excitation source. Its luminescence principle originates from the energy level transition characteristics of the electronic layer of rare earth elements. The electrons of these elements will transition to higher energy levels after absorbing external energy, and then return to the ground state to release photons, thereby producing a luminescent effect. It plays a key role in energy-saving fluorescent lamps, night vision devices, solar cells and other products. (2) Four luminescence mechanisms: a) Excitation mode of photoluminescence materials: by absorbing photons (such as ultraviolet or visible light). b) The excitation method of cathode ray luminescent materials is to bombard the surface of the material with an electron beam (such as cathode ray). c) Excitation method of X-ray luminescent materials: Through X-ray excitation, it may involve photoelectric effect, Compton scattering, or electron positron pair generation. d) Excitation method of electroluminescent materials: through.
Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
