A standard catalogue model: the dimensions, control package and finish are fixed, which is what keeps the price and the lead time predictable. Size, colour and interface language can be adapted without a new design cycle.

The sorting robot integrates core technologies such as computer vision, motion planning, control technology, and deep learning, and has the "three in one" function of scanning, weighing, and sorting. It can quickly identify package information and automatically classify and transport it to designated areas. The picking efficiency of the sorting robot system can reach up to 15000 pieces per hour, while demonstrating excellent flexibility and scalability, providing an efficient and intelligent solution for modern logistics.
The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.
The intelligent sorting robot encompasses powerful core technologies such as computer vision, motion planning and control, and deep learning. It can achieve the "three in one" functions of scanning, weighing, and sorting, and can also distinguish packages and transport them to designated areas. Through the two cameras above the AGV, it can quickly recognize the QR code on the delivery note, automatically walk to the corresponding compartment, and deliver the package. Robots are connected in parallel, and in case of a malfunction, only a small area needs to be stopped for repair, without affecting the work of other robots. It is reported that 300 "AGVs" can sort 12000 light and small packages weighing less than 5 kilograms per hour, and the accuracy of bag placement at the grid is basically 100%. It can automatically charge without affecting sorting efficiency. This sorting robot can reduce labor by 70% for express delivery companies, improve work efficiency, and also reduce the risk of package damage.
Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
