A standard catalogue model: the dimensions, control package and finish are fixed, which is what keeps the price and the lead time predictable. Size, colour and interface language can be adapted without a new design cycle.

The single wheel single wheel AGV is a three wheeled vehicle that mainly relies on a hinge axle steering wheel at the front of the AGV as the driving wheel, paired with two rear follower wheels, and controlled by the front wheels for steering. The dual steering wheel AGV is a universal type AGV, which is equipped with a steering wheel at the front and rear of the vehicle, paired with follower wheels on the left and right sides. The steering is controlled by the front and rear steering wheels, which can achieve 360 ° rotation and universal lateral movement. The differential wheel AGV structure consists of differential wheels installed on the left and right sides of the vehicle as driving wheels, while the rest are follower wheels. However, the differential wheels do not have a steering motor and rely entirely on the speed difference between the inner and outer driving wheels to achieve steering. The Mecanum wheel type AGV uses diagonal rollers installed on the hub to achieve coordinated motion for movement or rotation. The Mecanum wheel has a load capacity of over 10 tons, high flexibility, and is more suitable for movement on complex terrains.
The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.
Several steering drive devices used by AGVs: 1 Single steering wheel type: The single steering wheel type AGV is a three wheeled vehicle that mainly relies on a hinge axle steering wheel from the AGV department as the driving wheel, paired with two rear follower wheels, and controlled by the front wheels for steering. The advantages of single wheel steering drive are simple structure, low cost, and no need to consider motor coordination issues. The disadvantage is that there is a turning radius for steering, and the actions that can be achieved are relatively simple. This driving method is mostly used in traction type AGV forklift type AGV, suitable for large tonnage material handling. two Double wheel steering type: The double wheel steering type AGV is a universal type AGV, which is equipped with a steering wheel at the front and rear of the vehicle, matched with follower wheels on the left and right sides, and controlled by the front and rear steering wheels. The advantage of the double wheel steering drive is that it can achieve 360 ° rotation function and universal lateral movement, with high flexibility and precise operating accuracy. The disadvantage is that the cost of two sets of steering wheels is relatively high.
Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
