A standard catalogue model: the dimensions, control package and finish are fixed, which is what keeps the price and the lead time predictable. Size, colour and interface language can be adapted without a new design cycle.

Vehicle "refers to new energy vehicles, while" grid "refers to the power grid. Vehicles and the grid interact with each other in both energy and information through charging and discharging devices. This interactive technology not only allows new energy vehicles to obtain electrical energy from the grid for charging, but also can reverse the transmission of electrical energy back to the grid, achieving regulation of grid demand and supply and storage of electrical energy.
The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.
The large-scale application of electric vehicles has become a new and increasing load. At the same time, the disorderly charging and peak hour charging of electric vehicles have further exacerbated the peak valley characteristics of the power grid. Therefore, the massive charging and discharging resources of electric vehicles will become an important distributed energy storage in the new power system, playing a role in peak shaving and valley filling, and becoming a friendly charging infrastructure.
Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
