A standard catalogue model: the dimensions, control package and finish are fixed, which is what keeps the price and the lead time predictable. Size, colour and interface language can be adapted without a new design cycle.
The exhibit features a large-scale interactive experience device that allows visitors to experience the thrilling moment of a car accident tipping over, and learn how to maintain the correct posture in the inevitable moment of vehicle tipping over to reduce car accident injuries. Thus, visitors can truly appreciate the fragility of life and the importance of safe driving after the thrilling experience.
The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.
Car accidents have become a public hazard in today's society and one of the four leading causes of urban mortality. In addition to collisions, car accidents are also prone to rollover and tipping. This exhibit will analyze the reasons for vehicle tipping, allowing visitors to experience the thrilling process of overturning firsthand. They will learn to maintain the correct posture and minimize the harm caused by car accidents to the body when encountering unavoidable overturning situations, and avoid secondary injuries.
Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
