01 / Overview

This exhibit uses electromechanical interaction to allow children to personally experience and understand the mysteries of Klein bottles, and feel the wonders of mathematical knowledge. The exhibits consist of a design booth, Klein bottle device, sliding rail device, protective glass, etc., showcasing the masterpiece of geometry - Klein bottle, presenting the projection effect of four-dimensional space in a three-dimensional world. The interactive logic is as follows: after visitors press the button, the device will separate left and right, accompanied by the flow of the light strip, intuitively guiding visitors to understand the non directional flat characteristics of the Klein bottle, and achieving fun mathematical knowledge popularization. one Before arriving at the exhibit, find the corresponding control button, pay attention to the range of the protective glass, and operate within the safe area Press the button to start the exhibit demonstration 3 Observe the process of the device separating left and right, follow the flowing light strip, and feel the structural characteristics and non directional plane characteristics of the Klein bottle. Principle of electromechanical interaction and light strip guidance: The exhibit triggers the electromechanical control mechanism through buttons to drive.

02 / How visitors use it

The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.

03 / Built for a public floor

Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
