A standard catalogue model: the dimensions, control package and finish are fixed, which is what keeps the price and the lead time predictable. Size, colour and interface language can be adapted without a new design cycle.

Through interactive operations, observe the phenomenon of visual illusions and understand the scientific principles of geometric visual illusions. The exhibit consists of four parts: "Non parallel grids", "Parallel line blinds", "Same length lines", and "Are lines curved. By manipulating the exhibits, one can observe the effects of different visual illusions, such as significant differences in the length of line segments of the same length seen in different shapes. ① Non parallel cells: After being pulled out, the originally parallel rows appear to be non parallel. ② Parallel line blinds: Open the blinds and see that the black line behind them is actually a set of parallel lines. ③ Same length lines: Compare the illusion of varying lengths produced by them in different shapes. ④ Are lines curved: Compare the bending illusion they create in different shapes. The geometric composition of visual dimensions such as size, length, area, direction, angle, etc., which differs significantly from the actual measured numbers, is called misplacement.
Interaction type: Interactive installation. The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.
The illusion phenomenon where the geometric elements that make up a shape affect each other, causing the observer's experience of the length, direction, size, and shape of the geometric shape to be inconsistent with the facts, is called geometric illusion. The geometric characteristics of visual objects are different from those of corresponding objects in the field of view. Although visual objects are three-dimensional, the imaging on the retina is a two-dimensional view with x and y coordinates. Therefore, the geometric properties of visual objects, such as the position of points and the length, direction, and curvature of lines, undergo certain transformations, leading to the occurrence of illusions. The generation of geometric visual illusions is not only related to the deformation of retinal optical imaging, but also to the perceptual experience formed by individuals over a long period of time, that is, to assign visual targets to inappropriate object categories. Geometric visual illusions can be measured through psychophysics, such as intentionally giving opposite deformations to the target object, to observe whether the illusion effect weakens or disappears.
Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
Other models from the Basic Science line, all held to the same specification and the same control package.

Rotate two polarising filters and watch colours appear and vanish.

Sand on a driven plate jumps into nodal figures as the frequency changes.

Coloured discs drain to grey as the spin speed passes the eye's limit.

Gas discharge tubes and a slit spectroscope show emission lines directly.
Attach a theme outline, a floor plan, or nothing at all — a photo of the space is enough to start. Quotations are issued against a real exhibit list, not per-square-metre guesses.
