01 / Overview

XR virtual shooting utilizes augmented reality technology to construct highly realistic virtual scenes in real settings, widely used in fields such as movies, advertisements, and TV dramas. The advancement of computer graphics technology has made it possible to construct digital virtual scenes, and XR virtual shooting technology has emerged, breaking through the limitations of traditional shooting that are often limited by factors such as location and weather, and achieving more ideal shooting effects. Viewers can experience the "dream making art" of XR virtual shooting by scanning the QR code.

02 / How visitors use it

The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.

03 / The science behind it

In the era of digital technology, with the continuous development of technology, the requirements for filming techniques and methods in film and television production are also constantly increasing. Traditional shooting methods are often limited by factors such as location, weather, and scene setup, making it difficult to achieve ideal results. With the development of computer graphics technology and communication technology, the construction of digital virtual scenes has become possible. XR virtual shooting technology emerged in this context. XR virtual shooting is a new type of shooting method that utilizes advanced technology and creative design to virtually construct highly realistic virtual scenes in real scenes, achieving shooting effects.

04 / Built for a public floor

Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
