A standard catalogue model: the dimensions, control package and finish are fixed, which is what keeps the price and the lead time predictable. Size, colour and interface language can be adapted without a new design cycle.

The reason why lithography machines can accurately "carve" circuit diagrams is that a mysterious beam of light is indispensable, which is ultraviolet light. Ultraviolet light is a general term for radiation with wavelengths ranging from 0.40-0.01 micrometers in the electromagnetic spectrum, and it is an invisible light. Although we cannot see it, it is a crucial element in the chip manufacturing process. With the development of lithography technology, the ultraviolet light source used in lithography machines has evolved from ultraviolet to deep ultraviolet, and then to the extreme ultraviolet band.
The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.
The wavelength of light refers to the distance traveled by a light wave during one vibration cycle, usually represented by the Greek letter λ. The wavelength range of visible light is approximately 380~780 nanometers (nm), which determines the color of light. The relationship between the speed of light, frequency, and wavelength can be expressed by the formula: speed of light=frequency x wavelength. The wavelength in vacuum is about 400-760 nanometers. Spectrum, also known as optical spectrum, refers to the pattern of monochromatic light dispersed by a dispersive system and arranged in sequence according to wavelength. The largest part of the visible spectrum is the part of the electromagnetic spectrum that is visible to the human eye, and the electromagnetic radiation in this wavelength range is called visible light. The spectrum does not contain all the colors that the human brain can visually distinguish, such as brown and pink. Light waves are electromagnetic radiation generated by electrons during the motion of atoms. The motion of electrons inside atoms of various substances varies.
Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
