01 / Overview

Sound is a wave phenomenon generated by the vibration of an object, which propagates through a medium (air, solid, or liquid) and can be perceived by the auditory organs of humans or animals. The level and intensity of sound are different, and the resulting vibrations also vary greatly. These intangible vibrations are captured by visualization devices and transformed into waveforms and spectra, allowing the shape, frequency, and dynamic changes of sound to be seen by the eyes.

02 / How visitors use it

The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.

03 / The science behind it

Sound is a sound wave generated by the vibration of an object. It is a wave phenomenon that propagates through a medium (air or solid, liquid) and can be perceived by the auditory organs of humans or animals. The sound source of the object that initially emits vibration (vibration). Sound propagates in the form of waves that vibrate (vibrate). Sound is the movement formed by the propagation of sound waves through any medium.

04 / Built for a public floor

Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
