A standard catalogue model: the dimensions, control package and finish are fixed, which is what keeps the price and the lead time predictable. Size, colour and interface language can be adapted without a new design cycle.

01 / Overview

AI facial recognition is processed by AI algorithms to compare facial features with one or more facial images stored in a database. A high-dimensional model established using CNN neural network is used to directly extract effective discriminative features from input facial images and calculate cosine distance for facial recognition.

02 / How visitors use it

The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.

03 / The science behind it

AI facial recognition is processed by AI algorithms to compare facial features with one or more facial images stored in a database. The high-dimensional model established using CNN neural network extracts effective discriminative features directly from the input face image and calculates cosine distance for face recognition. The basic principle of 3D structured light technology is to project light with certain structural characteristics onto the object being photographed through a near-infrared laser, and then collect it through a specialized infrared camera. This type of light with a certain structure will collect different image phase information due to the different depth regions of the subject, and then convert the changes in this structure into depth information through an arithmetic unit, in order to obtain three-dimensional structure age recognition and facial expression recognition. The principles mainly include three steps: face detection, feature extraction, and classifier training. Firstly, using computer vision technology to remove the face from the background.

04 / Built for a public floor

Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.

Attach a theme outline, a floor plan, or nothing at all — a photo of the space is enough to start. Quotations are issued against a real exhibit list, not per-square-metre guesses.
